A very late congratulations to my friend and colleague Saeng Douangdara! Saeng took my How To Write A Cookbook Proposal workshop back in March 2022. A year later he cemented himself a book deal with Ten Speed Press! His debut cookbook, Saeng’s Lao Kitchen is scheduled to be released in 2025.
He also has a set of spices called Lao BBQ, Lao Larb, and Lao Sweet Chili with his company Lao Spices.
