What is rainbow kale?! Is it like rainbow chard? This sounds delicious. Also “wet burrito” always makes me giggle.
It's just a mix of different colored kale; green and purple.

I like this recipe! The regular Carb Balance tortillas are not bad. The other "flavors" are trash. Don't @ me, you will not win. 😄😄😄

😄 I can usually find the plain flavor soft taco size at Groc. Out. Made the mistake of trying the wheat, trying to be good, ya know? BLECH
